General information
The following sales and delivery terms apply to all deliveries from Senitas, the Belgian distributor of Beauté Pacifique.

Delivery, delivery time and transportation
We deliver to addresses in Belgium and The Netherlands.
The shipment of goods takes place with GLS.
Delivery time for items in stock is 2-6 business days.
Free delivery for orders over 115 GBP.
We charge 6 GBP in shipping fee for orders under 115 GBP.

Payment
In this shop, you can pay via: Dankort, VisaDankort, Visa, Visa Electron, eDankort, JCB and Maestro Cards.

The amount is deducted on your card when the item is shipped.

All prices are in GBP and include VAT

Right to Cancel
As a consumer, you have 14 days of right to cancel when you shop with us.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have purchased several different items in the same order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.

The deadline implies that you have 14 days from receipt to let us know that you will cancel your purchase. You can send an email to shop@beaute-pacifique.com or use the Standard Cancellation Form
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without giving us notice at the same time.

Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased several items with us, you have the option of returning one or more goods, even if they are purchased in one order.
Please note that you will not be refunded shipping costs if you cancel part of your purchase.

Returns
Once you have informed us that you will cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us.
You have to pay for the package to be returned, and you are liable if damage occurs during transportation.

No Right to Cancel
The following agreements cannot be cancelled:

Delivery of sealed goods which, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery,

The item’s condition when you return it
If the item has lost value due to having been used differently than was necessary to determine the item’s nature, properties and the way it works, you will only receive a portion of the purchase amount back. The amount you receive back depends on the merchandise’s commercial value, and in some cases, this may mean that you will only receive shipping costs back.

We recommend that you return the product in the original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, this may result in a defect of the item.

Repayment of purchase amount
If you cancel your purchase, you will receive your money back. If the item has a defect, we will deduct the amount that you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (this does not, however, apply to additional delivery costs in cases in which you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we received your message that you want to cancel the agreement.
We will refund the money with the same payment method that you used at the time of the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We may withhold payment until we have received the goods, unless you send us documentation that you have returned the item.

Warranty
When you shop with us as a customer, the Sale of Goods Act rules apply to the purchase of goods.
This means that you have the right to warranty for 24 months. Contact us before sending the item.
If your warranty claim is justified, this means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, receive money back or a receive a discount in the price, depending on the specific situation.
Note the warranty is limited by the product’s natural durability.

You must claim warranty within “a reasonable time period” after you have discovered the defect. If you claim warranty within two months after the defect is discovered, the claim will be considered timely.

If the warranty claim is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The product must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipment so we can refund your shipping costs.

When returning the item, please provide a detailed description of the problem.

Privacy Policy
We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, telephone number and email address.

We record and pass on personal information necessary to deliver the product to you.

The personal information is registered with Beauté Pacifique ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. Companies treat information solely on our behalf and cannot use it for their own purposes.

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide sufficient protection for your information.
The data controller is Beauté Pacifique ApS.
You have the right to know what information we are processing about you.
If you believe the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are required to delete your personal data if you request it. This can be the case, for example, if your data is no longer needed for the purpose for which we would use it. You can also contact us if you believe your personal data is being processed in violation of the law. You can write to us at: data@beaute-pacifique.com.
Appeals
If you, as a customer, want to appeal your purchase, please contact us via shop@beaute-pacifique.com. If we fail to resolve the issue, please send an appeal to:
